Rental conditions
Rental prices include: own damage insurance with excess, theft insurance with excess, roadside assistance (KM0), isolated glass breakage, passenger insurance (all occupants), roadside assistance (replacement vehicle at the branch) and VAT.
Not included: fuel, fines, damage caused by misuse or abuse and territorial extension.
The normal minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Excess and deposit
The excess depends on the vehicle group and is held on a credit card at pick-up, and returned on return if the vehicle shows no damage or circumstances justifying retention of all or part of it. With Extra or Premium Protection you can reduce the excess.
Identification documents
Driving licence, ID document and tax number. At least one driver is identified when the vehicle is handed over.
Booking validation
After you complete the booking, the station validates it or not and an email is sent. If the booking is not validated, you will have to make a new one.
