1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can work properly or remember choices. Similar technologies (such as the browser's session storage) follow the same rules and are also described here.
2. What we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| fbcsess (cookie) | Keeps your search and request details while you browse so booking works. Staff also use it to sign in to the back office. | Session (deleted when you close the browser) | Essential |
| fbc_cc (cookie) | Stores your choice in the cookie notice (accept or essential only), so we do not ask again. It only exists if you make that choice. | 6 months | Essential (preferences) |
| fbcsid (browser session storage) | Random, anonymous identifier to count visits, without linking it to you or storing your IP address. | Until you close the tab | Anonymous statistics |
Essential cookies do not need consent because the site does not work without them. Statistics are anonymous, use no cookies and do not identify people.
3. Consent to save the email from unfinished forms
When you enter the site you may see a notice asking whether you accept that we save the email you enter in the booking, contact and proposal forms in case you do not finish them, so we can send you a single reminder.
- Accept: we keep the email (and the search details, for bookings) for the period in the Privacy Policy. You can cancel the reminder through the link in the email.
- Essential only: we store nothing from forms you do not send.
You can change your mind at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.
4. Third-party cookies and advertising
We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking or social media cookies. Links to Facebook and Instagram only take effect if you click them and lead to sites with their own policies.
5. How to manage or delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you block the session cookie you will not be able to complete an online booking. Session cookies delete themselves when you close the browser.
